We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email info@kpapothecary.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- A brief reason for the return
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products should be mostly unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@kpapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Original shipping cost is not refunded.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
